In 2026, WCCE is coming to Jakarta bringing the conversation on creative economy beyond the conference room and closer to the public through WCCE Weekland

WCCE WEEKLAND is a two-day celebration of local creativity, happening on 24–25 October 2026 at SCBD Park, Jakarta.

WCCE WEEKLAND is an opportunity for local brands and creative businesses to showcase what they do, meet new audiences, make connections, and introduce their products not only to the public, but also to WCCE’s international delegates from around the world.

1. Event Schedule

WCCE WEEKLAND will take place on 24–25 October 2026 at SCBD Park, with operating hours from 07.00 AM–22.00 PM. Loading and setup will take place from Friday, 23 October at 22.00 until Saturday, 24 October at 06.00 AM.

2. Registration Fee

There is no registration fee to participate in WCCE WEEKLAND.

3. Booth and Set Up

A total of 88 tenant spaces will be available, with each tenant allocated a 3 × 3 m booth including booth structure, flooring, and standard electricity supply of 1 A. Tables, chairs, and booth decoration are not included and must be prepared by each tenant. All booth furniture, displays, and decorations must remain within the assigned booth area and follow the WCCE brand guidelines.

4. Products

The products brought to the event must be the same products submitted during registration. Reseller, white-label, and third-party products are not allowed.

5. Transaction and Revenue Sharing

Revenue sharing will be 80:20, with 80% allocated to the tenant and 20% as a management fee. All transactions during the event must use Bank Artha Graha QRIS, and QRIS or EDC from other banks cannot be used during the event.
